Shipping Destinations
DressKiss currently ships only to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Orders from countries outside these destinations are not accepted.、
Please note that we do not ship to certain remote or offshore regions within the supported countries. Orders placed with delivery addresses in the chart below cannot be fulfilled.

Total Delivery Time

VAT and Duties
Customers are not required to pay VAT or customs duties at checkout. All applicable charges, including import taxes and customs fees, are already included in the final product price.

Change Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately with your name and order number via email at service@dresskiss.com, live chat, or phone.
Address changes can only be requested before the order has been processed for shipment. Once the package has entered transit, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you prior to shipment.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and fully completed before placing your order.
Dresskiss cannot be held liable for any lost packages, delivery delays, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or missing address details, including parcels that are undeliverable or returned.

Failed Delivery & Refusal
Shipping & Tracking Once your order is in transit, a tracking number and a link will be sent to your email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and reachable to avoid delivery failure.
Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts (unreachable contact, incorrect address, etc.) or customer refusal, the following costs will be deducted from your refund:
1. The original shipping fee (including actual costs for "Free Shipping" orders).
2. Return freight charges.
3. Any non-refundable dynamic taxes or import duties.
Dresskiss is not obligated to resend returned packages for free. Customers wishing to have a returned order re-shipped will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Tracking
Once the carrier has received your package, we will send the tracking number via email and notify you as soon as it becomes available. You can track the status of your shipment on our Tracking Page.
